We’re excited to share the BCIF 2022–2024 Triennial Report—a testament to the powerful impact of collective giving. Thanks to your generous support, we’ve achieved significant milestones over the past three years:
  • 15 community-centered businesses funded (21 total since inception)
  • $8.3 million in gross revenue generated in 2024 alone
  • More than 80 income-generating opportunities created through full-time jobs, part-time roles, and contract work
  • Over $660,000 raised in this period—bringing our total to $1.38 million since inception

One standout success story: a BCIF-funded company leveraged its microloan to accelerate toward a $50 million valuation and create 25+ living-wage jobs. Read more about this inspiring milestone here: Black-Led Haircare Company Myavana Raises $5.9M, Bringing Its Total Valuation to $50M.

Now imagine the long-term impact if we continue to replicate this model—grant by grant, donor by donor. Together, we are shaping a stronger economic future for the Black community.
