BCIF Announces 2025 Honoree: Karim Webb

At BCIF’s 2025 Holiday Benefit in Los Angeles on Friday, December 12, we will proudly recognize Karim Webb for his exceptional leadership and commitment to advancing equity and opportunity. His work embodies the spirit of our mission—proving that transformative progress happens when we uplift and invest in one another.

Karim Webb is Principal at Webb Investments, a Southern California–based firm dedicated to scaling innovative, cost-effective solutions across the infrastructure sector. A dedicated civic leader, Karim serves as President of the Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners, where he is committed to ensuring equitable distribution of resources while strengthening operational capacity at LAX and Van Nuys airports.

Entrepreneurial by nature and activist at heart, Karim works to amplify community voices and drive private investment into impactful ventures. He is a Venture Partner at Slauson & Co., an early-stage venture capital firm with $170 million AUM, and a partner in Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen and PCF Restaurant Management, a Buffalo Wild Wings franchisee.

Dedicated to service, Karim sits on the boards of the California Community Foundation (CCF), the African American Board Leadership Institute (AABLI), Everytable, and the Living Through Giving Foundation (#HashtagLunchbag), and serves as an executive advisor to the Brotherhood Crusade of Los Angeles and First Gen Fund. A proud Morehouse College graduate, Karim continues to bridge business success with community empowerment.
